Dance & Play

Children have an abundance of natural energy to run, play, dance and create. Most children growing up in modern cities are forced to sit still for hours in schools, however their innate energy is that of creative expression through body language. The body speaks by moving, dancing and just being. We encourage children to listen to their bodies’ natural desires for creative expression and energy release through movement and play. All children love to play, whether they play alone or with each other. It is important to allow children the time and space for them to naturally express themselves as they feel it, whether they just want to play alone with their toys or each other in groups.  Whether a child practices dance moves alone at home, with friends or at a professional dance class, they learn new movement skills, dance moves and learn to listen to their bodies and release emotions through movement in a fun and healthy way.
